Why do I practice the sacred art of listening? 

As my work and my purpose began to unfold and align in ever deepening ways, the phrases, “Sacred Art of Listening” and “I Can Do More”, would continuously arise in my psyche.  

I remember looking out into my classroom of students whom I had the privilege of teaching and having out of body experiences in which I questioned how much good I was doing in the lives of those I was teaching. The answer would reveal that yes, I certainly was benefiting society and humanity in my work but... I could do more.

I was grateful for this clear communication from a source I had yet to understand but with those phrases came a tangled mess of uncertainty. If doing more meant walking away from a 20-year career in music, what was that going to look like? Was walking away from a stable career the “right” thing to do? How was I to walk away and when would all of this happen? This led to deeper, more esoteric questions about who I was and what my higher purpose was. As the questions spiraled through me and spilled out into my life creating waves of messiness, the words came to me. Listen. Listen. Listen. Strengthen your ability to listen. Your purpose will arise through this sacred art of listening.

And so, I did. 

I transitioned away from my career in music and I listened.

I listened while sitting in my home and on my meditation mat, while doing dishes, playing with my children, hiking, and playing music. I began listening so deeply that sounds, words, images, and information started to become audible. Sounds arose from memories past, ancient ones, energetic gatekeepers, the winds of the north, Mother Nature, Father Sun, and angelic realms. I began to hear a cacophony of sound that was ushering me into a new level of awareness. An awareness that I was not alone. An awareness that I am connected to a great web of life and energy. An awareness that a wealth of nuanced information was waiting just outside of my overstimulated and desensitized mind if I could just get quiet. 

What began as persistent phrases became a calling to heal myself and serve in holding a deeply supportive container for my clients. These layers include ancestral lineages, celestial and heavenly realms, Mother Earth, and your higher self and all work directly to support your healing.
